Beaten Rice (Chiura)

A staple South Asian food made from raw, parboiled rice flakes, providing a nutritious, fast-cooking, and iron-rich breakfast or snack. It is highly digestible, rich in iron, and acts as a good source of healthy carbohydrates, making it suitable for weight management.

Potato

They are starchy root tubers native to South America, now the world's fourth-largest food crop. They are highly productive, nutritious staples rich in carbohydrates, vitamin C, and potassium. Grown globally, they serve as a crucial, versatile and economical food source.

Sunflower

Sunflower oil is a versatile, mild-flavored cooking oil pressed from sunflower seeds, rich in vitamin E and polyunsaturated or monounsaturated fats. Primarily used for frying and baking, it offers high-oleic and linolic varieties that can support heart health by managing cholesterol. It is widely used in culinary, cosmetic and industrial applications. We use Dhara health sunflower oil for our products as per the government guidelines.

Ground Nuts

Also known as peanuts, is a significant legume oilseed crop grown primarily for its edible seeds, high protein (20-30%), and oil content. They are also called “wonder nuts” or “alternative to cashew” and they grow underground.

Ginger

Red Chilli

They are fiery, pungent fruits from Capsicum plants (nightshade family) used globally to add spice and color. They are rich in vitamins A and C, they contain capsaicin, which offers health benefits like improved metabolism, pain relief and antioxidants.

Coriander Seeds

Coriander seeds are the dried, aromatic fruits of Coriandrum sativum plant, often known as cilantro. They are staple spice with a warm, nutty, and citrusy flavor profile used globally in cuisines. Unlike the leaves, seeds are often described as having a woody, orange-rind flavor profile. They are highly nutritious, offering benefits like lowered blood sugar, improved digestion and reduced inflammation.

Cumin Seeds

They are small, yellowish-brown dried fruits, often used whole or ground for their warm, earthy, and aromatic flavor all around the world, especially in Asia. Rich in iron and antioxidants, they aid digestion, manage blood sugar, and are considered the world’s second most popular spice after black pepper.
